How do I sign in?
You don't need a password. Choose Sign in and type your phone number. We'll text you a 6-digit code.
Can't get texts? We can call you and read the code out.
No mobile? Use the customer number on the back of your catalogue.

My video won't play. What do I do?
First, check your internet is working. Then choose Try again under the video.
If you live in the country, the picture may take a little longer to load.
If it still won't play, call us on 1800 160 401.
Keys you can use
On a computer keyboard, or a TV remote with arrow keys.
- Space or K: play or pause
- Left arrow or J: back 10 seconds
- Right arrow or L: forward 10 seconds
- C: subtitles on or off
- F: full screen
- S: stop and rest (classes)
- R: do the move again (classes)
- < and >: slower or faster
- Esc: close Settings, or leave full screen
On a TV remote, the arrow keys move between the buttons and OK presses one. The play, rewind and fast-forward keys work too.
Watching on the TV
Press Watch on TV and choose your TV. Keep brightTV open on your tablet or phone while you watch: it saves your place, and for classes it counts your minutes.
